Joe Longo is a seasoned technology executive and founder who specializes in helping companies from early stage to the Global 1000 think and execute outside of the box with product, marketing, capital and IP strategies.    As a founding entrepreneur and as a key contributor at early stage companies, Joe has experienced successful exits via IPO and acquisitions and uses that experience to help guide our early stage and growth clients. Joe has led major IP license, cross license and sublicense initiatives which have created game changing opportunities for companies of all sizes.    Joe has the proven capability to quickly see through the tactical clutter that often clouds the view of Boards and senior management and provides clarity and actionable strategic guidance.

Before Sage, Joe held the position of CTO and directed marketing, business development and product management for Autonomy (now HP) through 2 acquisitions.   Joe co-founded Enpirion, a fabless semiconductor company, which was acquired by Altera. He directed wireless and computing marketing for Hitachi and directed the business development team responsible for the global relationship with Microsoft.   Previous to these positions, Joe held executive and engineering roles in early stage companies.

Joe received a B.S. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
